Essence Décor Perfumes reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability issues.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders can currently be placed through WhatsApp only. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Essence Décor Perfumes currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available within the UAE only.

• Online payments.

We reserve the right to verify payment details and may decline to process an order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

6. Returns and Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, and must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.

11. Pre-orders

For products listed as pre-orders, shipment will occur as per the stated release timeline. Delivery may be delayed due to availability. Pre-order confirmation is only valid once payment is received in full.

You may cancel a pre-order at least three (3) days before the scheduled shipment date for a full refund.

12. Changes to Terms

Essence Décor Perfumes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
