The shape is that of a bucket or pail, with simulated bands around bottom, middle, and lid, and handles on either side to which a string was once attached. Hand turned, the finished blonde wood has a nice sheen, which photos do not capture well. 3 1 2" tall x 3" across with handles; 2 1 2" deep.
