Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting an enameled HJ insignia situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a vertical pinback,stamped with an issue number of 6086, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 70 for Franz Otto, Wuppertal Elberfeld, measuring 17. 27 mm (w) x 29. 27 mm (h), weighing 4. 1 grams, minor flecking is visible to the enamels,
