Constructed of black rayon with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), demonstrating the remnants of an adhesive to the reverse, in extremely fine condition.
