Canada, Commonwealth. A Silver Coffee Pot, By Birks, C.1941 Auction Archive The date was traditionally fixed(Silver). Antique. A coffee pot constructed of silver. The foot of the coffee pot is fluted with a vertically elongated, fluted, melon style body. The spout of the pot is partially fluted, with a simple acanthus design and a pointed mouth. The lid of the pot is fluted with a flattened, circular, fluted finial in the center. The lid is attached to the pot by a hinge located by the handle. The handle of the pot begins in silver and features a flower and
