Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from a replacement ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Reichsnhrstand (RNST) logo, circumscribed by an inscription of REICHSNHRSTAND LANDESBAUERNSCHAFT KURMARK, the reverse bearing a shield overlaid by an oak leaf, in turn situated above agricultural tools, bearing an inscription of FR TREUE MITARBEIT (FOR FAITHFUL ASSISTANCE),
