Two piece construction, target insignia in bronze gilt with black and white enamels, mounted to a silvered five pointed star base, measuring 37. 5 mm (w) x 39 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, intact enamels, the award affixed to a red card backer via two prongs, with nine bronze shooting clasps clipped to the red card backer above the award, very light contact, near extremely fine.
