Constructed of gilded magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a laurel branch wreath with a central steering wheel, affixed to a field grey wool backer with dual reverse attachment prongs, the reverse with a paper stock liner, the badge measuring 41 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
