Tenuta Sette Ponti 'Crognolo' 2018 750ml Demerara CARAMELIZED PALM SUGARITALY : TUSCANY Sangiovese (90%), Merlot (10%) FULL BODIED, BLUEBERRY PLUM, BLACK CHERRY, EARTH, SMOKE, OAK A super Tuscan style wine made from mostly Sangiovese and about 10% Merlot; the freshness and acidity from the first is nicely balanced by the softness of the second and the wines fine, polished tannins. Aged for 10 14 months in French Allier barriques and 5 6 months in bottle. ECOLOGY : Sustainable PAIR WITH : Slow Cooker Pot Roast
