A cross patte in gilded silver, with white enamelled arms, with a green enamelled wreath of laurel leaves between the arms, the obverse centre presenting a silver eagle bearing a white and red enamelled coat of arms, over a field of blue enamel, the reverse centre presents a silver fasces over a field of blue enamel, measuring
