The printed message says This or This Ann Arbor and it has images of industrial buildings contrasted against a more natural park like setting of homes and trees. The printing block was estate owned and is in excellent condition. No issues found. Looks like it would print beautifully! It measures 7 1 8H x 5 1 2W x 1D.
