Constructed of dark grey wool, trimmed with woven golden yellow piping, obverse with dual bands of machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, each with a reverse flap and reinforced buttonholes, unmarked, measuring 47 mm (w) x 107 mm (l), in extremely fine condition, and very scarce. This type of straps were worn by the Russian volunteers serving in the Luftwaffe flying unit, although it is unclear if they had any
