Constructed of re gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding a central patinated eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, with two integral loops emanating from the lower edge of the wreath to accommodate a hanger bearing a raised number 300, finished in black and flanked on each side by
