Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 88 mm in diameter, in turn bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 204 mm (l) x 120 mm (h), with some exterior soiling evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
