Description

It was not made after the previous harvest

resonant and slightly mordant finish

The supporting tannins are finer than those of the 8 Ouvrées though this doesn’t quite have the same level of underlying material

and a real pleasure to taste

50% of the volume was fermented with destemmed Cabernet Franc and full-cluster Malbec
