This elegant effort is coming along very nicely and it has reached a stage that could certainly be enjoyed now but for my taste I would allow this another 4 to 6 years first in order to develop a bit more depth as well as broadening the finale

Then juicy and bright in the mouth

around a third less than in an average vintage

This is an excellent candidate for long cellaring

Dalla Valle, Maya Vintage:2013 This elegant effort is comingThe very deep garnet purple colored 2018 Maya is shy and restrained to begin. With swirling, it begins to reveal beguiling notes of fragrant earth, lavender, garrigue and Sichuan pepper, giving way to a core of wild blueberries, boysenberries, black raspberries and black currants plus a hint of iron ore. The palate is full bodied, revealing itself in slow releasing layers of black and blue fruits with exhilarating earth and mineral sparks, framed by
