I'd guess this frame dates to the 1940s or so

I believe he dates to the late 19th or early 20th century and was made in India

and this candlestick has definitely been used

The yellow is perfect cheerful, but with a hint of mustard that gives them a bit of an edge; the lines are really great; and I swear espresso tastes better in them! Each cup" 4" tall x 3" across at handle x 1 3 4" deep. Each saucer: 3 1 2" d x 1 2" tall. Excellent condition.
