Palate is bright with plum, blackberries, boysenberries, spice + clove with hints of mocha. Blend of Grenache, Syrah with touches of Vaccarse + Carignan from the Southern Rhone. Aged in concrete tank to preserve the origins of the wine, meaning to express its terroir and fruit characteristics without the impact of barrique. Organic. Unfiltered, no racking, minimal fining.
