Description
soft spice
For many years
Not a great example of the vineyard but one that is certainly correct
honeysuckle
It finishes dry and clean
Jean-Claude Bachelet, Saint Aubin Murgers Dents Chien Vintage:2017 soft spiceThere is enough reduction present to render an evaluation of the nose impossible. The suave, round and opulently textured flavors possess a bit more volume along with a hint of minerality that adds a sense of lift to the beautifully complex and lingering finish. Like several of the wines in the range this possesses enough dry extract such that it will be approachable young but should also repay mid term cellaring. (90 92) 2019+
