A number of months ago I found a lovely vintage glass pitcher with hand painted bluebirds, and have kept an eye out for similar pieces since so immediately snatched up these! I think what makes them especially great is the transparency of the glass, such that the birds painted on the opposite show through, giving the sense of a whole flock aflight. Wonderful on the table at breakfast or coffee time, or fill them with flowers to
