Buildings For Sale at 1/2 Their Value: Vintage Photo of Sign in Snow and Dog colorful painting without much age on it

without much age on it I don't think

Some paint loss and roughness aging top and bottom edges at center

with this super folky Virgin

Light folds to a few corners

trots along dutifully

Buildings For Sale at 1/2 Their Value: Vintage Photo of Sign in Snow and Dog colorful painting without much age on itThis photograph feels like a novel to me, with something of a hard scrabble, Steinbeck ian sort of saga aspect to it. For me, there's quite a lonely feeling to that hand painted sign propped up in the snow and surrounded by fallen limbs, with this Border Collie (right?) looking on, as if contemplating its own fate. 5" x 7" and in good condition. Vintage print on matte paper.
