Oil on Board Peaches Still Life 4oth birthdat It reminds me a lotI love an antique still life painting of fruit, and this pile of peaches with purple fig at right was beautifully executed, with a richness perfectly befitting ripe peaches! It hasn't been cleaned, and is a somewhat dark, but get it in the right light and those peaches are luminous! (Of course one could have it cleaned, but I personally like the aura and atmospherics of it just as it is, as if painted in candlelight to begin with and meant to be
