Citrus peel, white flowers, mint and white pepper are all beautifully lifted in a gracious, airy Chablis built on aromatics, structure and understated class. Soft, silky contours avoid any sense of austerity in a very pretty Chablis that will drink well with minimal cellaring. This is one of the most elegant.
