The wine was fermented wild/ambiently and spent 8 months primarily in stainless steel tanks along with some older oak barrels
The final cuvée is a blend of 80% Riesling and 20% Pinot Blanc
and Serena took over from her father in the early nineties when she returned home after college
and 15-year old Tobalá agaves
