Bourbon Barrel Smoked Garlic Sea Salt brie Discover how to create flatOur Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt is one of founder Matt Jamies personal favorites. We slow smoke the large crystals of salt by hand over bourbon barrel staves, then blend them with garlic, fennel, and orange peel to create a savory umami flavor. Its easy to use and adds a ton of flavor. A heavy sprinkle of Bourbon Smoked Garlic salt plus a little olive oil is the perfect seasoning for all meats, poultry, seafood, or vegetables.
