There is a little paint loss:  the central bird on the blue ball has lost a little paint on the wing (which one could I think pretty easily touch up if desired)

like the angel on one shoulder in a cartoon

I would probably hang it on the wall

with three different openings and three different levels

I'm not sure what sort of little dog this one's meant to be, but it looks like a yappy one, and also eager to please! (I take the 10 written on the flip side as a score of a perfect 10 for good behavior!) It also looks a bit whale like when turned on its side. 4 1 4" t x 2 1 4" w and in good condition, with a bit of loss to the wood on its tail.
