Hemstitched borders, an inner hemstitched placard design, and a hemstitched floral center mix with colorful leaf and flower fabric appliques that been highlighted with white on white embroidery stitches. A beauty on all fronts! Most likely this soft (almost transparent) linen towel dates to the 1920s 1930s era. Its functional size
