A sort of umph coming from the Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced out by Mencia creating a smooth, rounded and expressive balance of fruit and earth. Harvested from both Estate vineyards and long term grower partners, fermented in stainless steel, aged in American oak barrels before aging further in bottle.
