Frederic Magnien Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut NV CS20231026 FEW does everything in-house: grain-to-glassFrdric Magnien's Crmant is Burgundy bubbles made the way they should be: 100% Pinot Noir (a blanc de noirs), traditional method, and Extra Brut for a bone dry finish. The Pinot fruit comes from a Morey Saint Denis based hand that knows red Burgundy as well as anyone, and it shows there's real Pinot character in the glass, with weight, red berry depth, and a fine, persistent mousse. A serious house sparkler at a fraction of Champagne pricing.
