OPINEL MUSHROOM KNIFE knives in the backBeloved by foragers around the world as the mushroom knife to have, our No. 08 Mushroom Knife is now available in a refined Black Walnut wood handle elegant, durable, and perfectly balanced in the hand. Its sharp, curved stainless steel blade makes it easy to cut delicate fungi in hard to reach places, while the serrated edge on the back helps scrape away debris. A natural boars hair brush at the handles end gently sweeps off dirt right in the field.
