2022 Jeremy Arnaud Petit Chablis Sur Priault, Burgundy, France Chiussuma in the classic Champagne methodFrom the young vines planted on the Sur Priault lieu dit in the Chablis area, this 100% Chardonnay was hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in mostly stainless steel with a small portion in older oak and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
