Made from molasses and distilled entirely in pot stills, the blend includes light to heavy marks aged up to five years, then finished with a small amount of black sugar based caramel for color. Bottled at 46. 5% ABV. The nose is exuberant: ripe tropical fruit, burnt sugar, baking spice,
