This wine is produced within the Anjou appellation but is intentionally declassified as VDF

Both of the two components were fermented naturally via native yeast and native bacteria

then (after malolactic fermentation) aged in barrels of one wine during 12 months

This was intended to add to the heritage of the winery and serve as a "test plot" for better understanding the character and potential of the individual varieties
