2021 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder, Baden, Germany Domaine Ichi Sulphiur is about 25 ppmPinot Noir from mainly sandy and loess soil and different origins, a part fermented entirely de stemmed and a part as 20% stems and the rest whole bunch in a classic open oak vat fermentation.
