Description

What an extraordinary and polarizing expression of the great Schoenenbourg site

The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and refreshing with firm

Velvety tannins and layered texture with lots of raw licorice

It stylistically made a name for itself in the mid 2000s for the high-solid ferments

It's very balanced and shows a certain freshness
