Charles recently planted Pinot here, using grafts from the Clos des Epeneaux vineyard in Burgundy. He planted densely one vine per every meter and he plows by horse. In 2019, the wine was made with 100% whole clusters. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
