We achieve this on a micro scale by selecting small parcels of fruit from every combination of rootstock/scion

10-15 day maceration with a native yeast fermentation

Ccile's vines are in the lieu dit Les Gmeaux, next to the holdings of Domaine Claude Dugat. Arrives January 2026.
