Sourced from estate vines, the fruit is direct pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. No oak, no fluffjust a pure, saline driven expression of Aligot with zippy citrus, green orchard fruit, and stony lift. A serious rendition from a name known for rigor. Wine arrives late April, 2026.
