Hibiscus Cookies and Cream PP 35736 Summer Flowering Plants Virtually all of the AgaveHibiscus 'Cookies and Cream' is a breeding breakthrough from Hans Hansen of Walters Gardens, who produced the first hardy hibiscus with dark purple foliage and pure white flowers a combination that has heretofore eluded plant breeders. This amazing 3' tall x 4' wide specimen begins to bloom with 6 7" wide flowers, starting for us in late June and continuing until the weather begins to cool in fall.
