2014 Chateau Rayas Chateauneuf-du-Pape Reserve Blanc, Rhone, France Mouthes Le Bihan The goal is to capture50% Grenache Blanc (planted in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1995), 50% Clairette (planted in 1986.) Fermentation in 80 100 year old foudres, then aged in vat for 11 months.
