2021 Domaine Hubert Lamy Derriere Chez Edouard Blanc, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, France Jero3L Saar (Mosel) A deep and intense Chardonnay1. 68 ha (4. 15 ac) Variety: Chardonnay Vine Age: Planted in 2000 Terroir: Southeast facing slope, mid to lower part (middle part is steeper, with more limestone in soil) Viticulture: Lutte raisonne, organic methods Vinification: Gentle pressing, light settling, long fermentation. Aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0 5% new oak), 6 12 months in tank. Wine arrives late December, 2024.
