2020 Domaine de la Grange des Peres Blanc 1.5L Magnum, IGP Pays de l'Herault, France Bermejos spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts80% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne, 10% Chardonnay White varietals are blended before being put into barrels for malolactic fermentation, then aged in demi muids.
