Its a precise blend50% Corvina & Corvinone and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Francselected for approachability without sacrificing structure. After harvest, the grapes are partially dried for about a month, fermented, then aged roughly one year in large Slavonian oak casks.
