The fruit comes from two parcels in the village, Les Plantes and En Clous, biodynamically farmed and hand sorted twice. The Nature bottling is, paradoxically, even more approachable young than the standard cuvee, with the no sulfur regime amplifying the wine's natural perfume and silky texture. Whole cluster fermentation lends a
