2024 Les Dolomies Cotes du Jura La Cabane Pinot Noir, France 1.5L Magnum Cutty Sark for roughly four weeks onSituated in Fontenay, a village neighbouring Passenans, vines planted on argilo calcaire. Known as the lieu dit Les Boutonniers this is where the Gormallys have recently planted more trousseau and chardonnay. Organic, biodynamic. The 2024 Pinot Noir underwent all its fermentations and aging in enamelled steel tanks, and was bottled in May 2024 without sulfiting or filtration.
