2022 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Valmur Chablis Grand Cru, France 1.5L Magnum Frederic Cossard They don’t sow these seedsGrand Cru Chardonnay from the steep, wind sculpted slopes of Valmur, organically farmed. Native yeast fermentation, long levage on lees in older barrels, no btonnage. The 2022 channels Valmurs grandeur with a touch more breadthricher stone fruit wrapped in saline tension. In magnum will age beautifully.
