2023 Julian Haart Wintricher Ohligsberg Riesling Kabinett Trocken, Mosel, Germany Amorotti earthy balsamicThis is sourced from an older parcel in the Ohligsberg; it was meant to be a Kabinett (off dry) but the pick had to be delayed by a day or two due to weather and when the harvest took place, Julian didn't feel the wine had the fierce acidity required for an off dry. So we have the *rarest* of the rare a dry Kabinett. 24 bottles for the U. S. vom Boden Wine arrives October 31st, 2024.
