Blended after the harvest in Alsace and directly filled in barriques. The fermentation and later the aging that brought oxidation has taken place in the same barriques for 3 years, without soutirage or topping up. Tasting Notes: This offers a heady perfume of red berries, rose and exotic spice, whilst the palate is salty, savoury and long.
